About Us

CREDAI Surat was established in 1993 and since then has been operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector and for the benefit of their members. CREDAI Surat has emerged as a leading platform for addressing problems of Real Estate Promoters and Developers of Surat. CREDAI Surat is an affiliated body to Credai Gujarat, which is an associate member of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India).

CREDAI Surat has more than 850 members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Surat.

Our Motive

The motive of the CREDAI Surat is to follow ethical and better practices by adopting self code of conduct amongst the Builders, Developers and Promoters to maintain honor & dignity and to secure the spirit of friendly co-operation with customers. The member shall promote highest standard of development into real estate industry to attain transparency and fair practices. Thus, the member shall discharge their responsibilities to the community in general.

CREDAI Surat for its members and for the citizens of Surat conducts various activities as a part of corporate social responsibilities, which include:

• Help during natural disasters like Earth Quakes and Flood
• Participation in Marathon Race
• Organizing regular blood donation camps
